• Scrape, harvest, or collect user information without consent
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written permission

5. Tournaments and Competitions

When participating in tournaments or competitions through our Services:

• You agree to abide by the rules set by the tournament organizer
• Scores must be entered accurately and honestly
• Tournament organizers are responsible for managing their events and enforcing rules
• The Golf Mint is not responsible for disputes between players or between players and organizers
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent scores or ban users who engage in score manipulation

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design), are owned by The Golf Mint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

By submitting content (scores, comments, profile information, photos) to the Services, you grant The Golf Mint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Services. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of handicap calculations, score tracking, or any golf-related statistics provided through the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Golf Mint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Austin, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Services or sending an email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
